When I scheduled my appointment for the recall, I was told it would take about an hour. When I got there I was told it would be 4-5 hours (it was 6 hours). I had to Uber home and back and was not offered a courtesy ride or reimbursement for my 2 trips. Otherwise Kevin was very nice and professional
