NASHVILLE, TN | 2007 Chevrolet HHRFebruary 15, 2026Kevin Sawyer was my Service Advisor. He received my key and did a scan of the vehicle. After checking in on Wednesday afternoon for a Thursday morning service I was ensured a Friday evening completion of a timing chain. I rented a car from Enterprise for Wednesday evening to Saturday at 1200, allowing for any delay. Friday at 1400 I telephone Mr. Sawyer at 615-696-4116. Left a message on the phone. Waited until 1500 and call the service number and was transferred to Mr. Sawyer's phone. No answer again. I had an event in Smyrna at 1730 so I stopped in to see first hand at what the problem was. As I entered the Service Advisor area, Mr. Sawyer was looking at his telephone behind the counter. He ask me "What's up Mr. Young". I replied, "you tell me". We entered the garage area and a discussion started. I received my vehicle back on Monday after leaving work. I started the vehicle to hear it run. I did not check the oil until the next morning in my garage. further inspection showed no oil on the dip stick. Oil leaking from the bottom of the car in the garage and on my driveway. I had 1 qt of 5W30 motor oil and added. I returned to Freeman's delaying my start to work. Mr. Velez worked with me and Michael Uria inspected the vehicle and found no leak but residual from the repair. I was issued a 6 quart oil change at no cost to a 5 quart system. Once again, I had oil dripping from under the car. I decided to change oil myself. I removed over 5 1/2 quart of oil from the vehicle and the filter. Oil has stained the bottom of the engine, and your Service department has lost my respect. Before that, I came in for a transmission service and received a coolant system flush instead. The transmission service was then done after the mistake was made. I was not charge for a coolant system flush which I had just done one month before.Nanette C
