Experience was good only complaint was I was told I wouldn’t have to pay for a diagnostic test if I got work done but was still charged diagnostic test even tho I spent over 400 dollars

The process from making the initial appt to returning to complete the process was so easy. I loved being assigned a service advisor (Cydni Stovall) - she was very friendly and kept in touch and kept me informed. Very professional. And the repair was done in a timely manner, too!
